Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Crosby Family Dentist realizes every minute counts for you, and we would like to offer you the best care possible. To be effective in seeing all of our patients, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. This advanced notification will allow us to fill the time set aside exclusively for you with another patient who could desperately need that opening.

Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice or to attend will attract an appropriate fee added to your account. There will be a $25 charge for each half-hour of your scheduled appointment time missed. For example, if you had an hour-long appointment, it would be $50.

Please understand that we realize that occasionally there may be circumstances beyond your control that would prevent keeping an appointment, but we would appreciate it if you could give us as much notice as possible when needing to change an appointment. This enables us to keep our schedule running smoothly and allows other patients to get the best possible treatment at the most convenient time.

When you make an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically to serve you. We are a team that gets prepared in advance to pay the attention and care each client deserves. Therefore, we would like to have you treat us with the same professionalism and let us know within a reasonable time if you must cancel or change an appointment.
